David Gaynor provides estate planning, tax, and general legal counsel to clients in New Jersey and throughout the country.

David has been in legal practice since 1977. He entered private practice in 1996, and from 2000 to 2011 was affilliated with Miller, Porter, Muller & Gaynor (formerly Miller, Porter & Muller). Prior to hanging out his shingle, David held a series of legal and executive positions at Midlantic Bank (now PNC) and First Fidelity Bank (now Wells Fargo). He began his career as an attorney for the federal government.

David earned his J.D. from the Washington College of Law at American University, and his B.A. in Economics, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
